Golf Operations Consulting and Management

Oaks Golf is uniquely qualified to provide consulting and/or management of golf operations of all sizes. Under the leadership of Dick Stuntz, CGCS, Oaks Golf has experience in nine hole ownership, management, and consulting, as well as extensive and successful experience in managing Alvamar, a 45 hole public/private golf and recreation operation. Services can vary from one time visits to multi-year management arrangements. Oaks Golf is ideally qualified for “interim management” services.

Golf Course Maintenance Consulting and Management

Oaks Golf’s President, Dick Stuntz, CGCS (Certified Golf Course Superintendent) is an award winning Golf Course Superintendent and has 45 years of experience in managing all aspects of a golf course maintenance operation. Helpful skills include: matching maintenance equipment with needs; irrigation system evaluation and management; turfgrass fertilizer, chemical and cultural programs; turfgrass selection evaluation and conversion; golf course design and construction; expenses value and control.

Sports Turf Consulting

Dick Stuntz has extensive experience consulting and managing sports fields. Stuntz was the University of Kansas Athletics Department turfgrass consultant for over 10 years.
